Chromite sand
Chromite sand is used for foundry production as a molding material in the manufacture of casting molds and cores (both entirely and their facing layer), as well as for the production of heat-stressed sections of molds and cores; large-sized thick-walled steel casting, production of starting mixture.
In the refractory industry - for the production of mixtures of various compositions used as backfills for steel-pouring holes of gate valves of steel-pouring and tundish ladles, as well as for the production of molded and unshaped chromite-periclase products.)
